Information we collect

We collect basic information when you use Finn, including your name, email address, firm name, and any portfolio or investment information you share with us via email. We only collect information that is necessary to provide and improve our service.

How we use your information

We use your information to configure and operate Finn for your portfolio, improve product functionality, communicate with you about your account, and ensure security. Your portfolio data, positions, and investment thesis are used solely to personalise Finn's output for you. We do not sell your personal data.

Data isolation

Each user's portfolio data, thesis, and conversation history is stored separately. Your data is never used to train models for other users, shared with other Finn users, or made available to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data storage and security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data and prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have specific data security requirements, raise them directly with us during onboarding.

Third-party services

Finn may rely on trusted third-party services to operate and improve the product. These services only receive information necessary to perform their function and are required to handle it securely.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, we will delete all portfolio data, conversation history, and personal information associated with your account.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
