What Finn is

Finn is an AI-powered research tool that monitors portfolios, tracks investment theses, and surfaces relevant information for professional investors. Finn is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Finn does not provide investment advice, recommendations, or solicitations to buy or sell any securities.

Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all investment decisions you make. Finn's outputs are informational only and should not be treated as investment advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information Finn provides before acting on it. You agree not to share your Finn access with others or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Accuracy and limitations

Finn processes publicly available information and any materials you provide. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any output. You should independently verify any information that is material to an investment decision.

Intellectual property

Finn's product, branding, and underlying technology are the property of HeyFinn. You retain ownership of any portfolio data, thesis information, or materials you share with Finn. By sharing materials with Finn, you grant us a limited licence to process them solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Data and privacy

Your use of Finn is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your portfolio data and conversation history are stored separately from other users and are never used to train models for others or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Payment and cancellation

Pricing and trial terms will be communicated to you during onboarding. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. You may request deletion of all your data at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeyFinn is not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of Finn, including but not limited to investment losses, trading losses, or losses resulting from reliance on Finn's outputs. Finn is a research tool, not a fiduciary.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that could harm other users or the product. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of Finn after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
